Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage and/or let us do it for you free of charge. All you need to do is contact CBI’s intake coordinator and provide some basic information from your insurance card, and we can get coverage information regarding your specific plan typically within 24 hours. Some plans require a longer process, but this is much less common. Disclaimer: CBI is not responsible for any misquote of benefits. If your insurance does not cover services at any time for any reason you may be held financially liable for services not reimbursed by your insurance provider. CBI recommends you always contact member services to confirm your coverage.
Credit card and check are accepted for payment.
We require at least 24 hours notice in advance for all cancelled sessions. In the event your child is sick we ask you to notify us the night before. If notice is not given in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
